Mark Eiffe
Mark is a solicitor in Briffa’s Irish office who advises on a breadth of intellectual property and commercial matters. He advises on issues relating to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, passing off disputes and the drafting of contracts and documents. He is also qualified to practice in England and Wales
With a background working as in-house legal counsel for multinationals operating in Ireland, Mark can provide tailored, sensible advice to suit business needs.
Mark holds certificates in trade mark law, commercial contracts and aviation leasing and finance from the Law Society of Ireland. He tutors trainee solicitors in the Law Society of Ireland in their business law module and he is a volunteer solicitor with FLAC, the Free Legal Advice Clinic.
He has a keen interest in environmental and current affairs, outdoor pursuits, and is an avid reader, cook and gamer.
