Raamin Malik

As Head of Innovation, Raamin helps the firm make the most of new ideas, AI and technology, with a focus on turning innovation into practical improvements that make a real difference.

Her career has taken her from paralegal and trainee roles into legal technology and legal operations, giving her a unique perspective on the legal profession and the opportunities for improvement within it. Her experience across different areas of the legal sector has shown her that successful transformation is as much about people and processes as it is about technology, and she enjoys bringing these elements together to drive meaningful change.

Raamin holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London. She completed the GDL and LPC LLM at The University of Law before later adding an MSc in Legal Technology, combining her legal background with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.
