Justine Porcario

Justine joined Briffa as a paralegal in August 2026, having previously gained extensive experience at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante. There, she was part of the Executive Director’s Cabinet, acting as the point of contact between departments and the Executive Director. At the EUIPO, she also examined trade mark applications, where she developed valuable insight into the examination and decision-making processes.

Justine graduated top of her cohort with an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. She also holds an LLB in English and European Law from Queen Mary University of London and a French law degree from Paris Panthéon-Assas University.

Justine is passionate about intellectual property law and enjoys applying her multi-jurisdictional legal background to support clients in protecting and strengthening their IP portfolios.

Justine is fluent in French and English and proficient in Spanish.
