Alexander Welham
Alex is a solicitor who advises on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work, including copyright, trade marks and design rights. He is keen to help brands maximise the value of their IP portfolios and can assist in the production of a broad range of commercial contracts. He further brings a wealth of knowledge in data breach matters with a focus on dispute resolution.
Outside of the office, Alex has a lot of sporting interests in particular American Football and is a keen gamer.
