Clara advises on a variety of contentious and non-contentious soft intellectual property matters, with clients ranging from individuals, corporate businesses and non-profit organisations across a number of industries including fashion and design, food and beverage, cosmetics and jewellery.
Clara assists clients with the enforcement of copyright, trade mark and design clearance, filing advice, protection and enforcement. Clara manages trade mark portfolios in the UK, EU and worldwide and has experience working on trade mark and design disputes before the UK IPO and EUIPO.
She has also drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts on behalf of her clients, including collaboration framework agreements, master services agreements, freelancer agreements, website terms and conditions, privacy policies, confidentiality agreements and IP assignments and licensing agreements.

Clara is a dedicated supporter of the Hemel Storm basketball team, which she dubs “the best team in the English Basketball League”.
Pre-covid she spent her weekends cheering the team on from the sidelines, now she watches their games online. When she’s not watching basketball games she enjoys train spotting with her son.
