Peter Mason

Peter joined Briffa in 2007 upon qualification after training with GSC Solicitors a specialist media and entertainment practice. Peter studied at the University of Liverpool and the University of Westminster. Peter has experience of both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, particularly in the field of music rights. Peter has experience of working for a collection society in an action against the government regarding implementation of European Law. Peter’s main focus at Briffa is for acting for small and medium sized businesses on company, commercial, trade mark and copyright matters. Peter believes that the key to providing a good service is to take the time to listen and understand the unique circumstances in every matter.
