Peter has experience of managing a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. Peter has particular expertise in music rights but also acts for clients in the film, design and innovation industries. Peter has experience in giving strategic business and legal advice to small and medium sized companies whether building a new business or undertaking major new projects.
Peter’s previous work includes acting for a collection society in an action against the government regarding implementation of European Law. Peter also manages a number of substantial trade mark portfolios.
Peter believes that the key to providing a good service is to take the time to listen and understand the unique circumstances in every matter.
Peter joined Briffa in 2007 and trained with niche city firm GSC Solicitors. Peter studied at the University of Liverpool and the University of Westminster.
