Megan O'Callaghan
Megan joined Briffa in January 2008. She is involved in a variety of non-contentious and contentious IP matters. Megan is a solicitor admitted in New Zealand where she practised for over two years before moving to the UK in May 2007. In her previous role, she gained experience in trade mark and copyright matters and was instrumental in assisting a well known international charity based in New Zealand defend its trade mark portfolio against attack. Megan’s main focus is on assisting businesses protect and make the most of their intellectual property to improve their competitiveness.Back
