David Kemp
David Kemp is a part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney, currently working towards full qualification. Before joining Briffa in July 2007 , he had previously worked as a trainee Trade Mark Attorney with a specialist firm of Trade Mark Attorneys and then in the trade marks department of a London city law firm, after which David spent over four years employed by a specialist, internationally focussed trade mark/intellectual property firm . David advises on all aspects of UK, CTM and International trade mark law and practice. His work ranges from clearing brands and trade mark prosecution work through to drafting evidence and submissions in contentious trade mark oppositions. David has considerable experience of managing large international trade mark portfolios for major worldwide brands and also brand portfolios for smaller businesses. David's previous experience includes acting for the brand owners of well known trade marks such as WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE? and YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, VIRGIN, JETIX, POIROT and FTSE.Back
