matters. Alex's work includes brand and content clearance, advising
on advertising law and the Ofcom and ASA codes, advising on and drafting
commercial agreements including licences and assignments of intellectual
property rights, advising on e-commerce and data protection issues
and drafting standard terms for using data, advising on rights management
and agreements relevant to the music industry and protecting and
enforcing intellectual property rights. Alex believes that understanding
a client's business is the cornerstone of providing an effective
legal service and always uses a client's aims and concerns as the
