Designer Breach
Ozwald Boateng, the current creative director of Givenchy and the suit designer of choice for many A list celebrities including Spike Lee, Graham Norton, Laurence Fishburne and Robby Williams is being sued by Marchpole, the menswear distributor.
Marchpole has the licence to produce and distribute the Boateng "diffusion" range of suits.
It alleges that Mr Boateng breached that agreement by failing to end a deal selling a cheaper rival range through Debenhams when the Marchpole range hit the shops.
