Briffa are Appointed affiliated lawyers to Own It beating Harbottle and Finers
Briffa have been appointed affiliated lawyers to Own It - the Creative London project set up to advise creative businesses across London on how to identify, protect, expolit and enforce its intellectual property. The work was won on competitive tender with Briffa beating both Harbottle & Lewis and Finers in the bid. The program launched in July this year and the pilot phase is one year. The aim of the project is to see London's creative businesses get access to practical cost effective advice and assistance in this specilaist area of law. Briffa are delighted to be associated with the project.
