course limitations inherent in trade mark searching. You will appreciate
that no guarantee of complete accuracy can be given. Typically results
will show registered marks, pending applications and registrations/applications
which have lapsed. You should be aware that trade marks may exist
which are in use by a third party but for which registration has
not been sought and will not show up on such a search report.
