Having branded products copied is so rife that Briffa has a dedicated anti-piracy unit to help clients with these problems. Briffa has a network of investigators and lawyers to help you track infringing product to source and take effective action to close down factories making unauthorised and counterfeit product. We offer a fixed cost anti-piracy service and can work in any justification and in order to assist with problems in China, Briffa has associated offices in this region.
Briffa's anti-counterfeiting team has successfully detected, investigated and acted against manufacturers and importers of counterfeit products.
As well as having associated offices in China, we also have close links with lawyers in Turkey and Russia who work wtih us. We also work with authorities abroad and locally, with Customs and Trading Standards to delivery effective action.
Briffa can demonstrate the financial benefit of anti-counterfeiting measures by use of financial modelling.
